Too many women carry what they've never had space to put down — quietly, capably, alone. HealHerSoul exists to change that.
Where it began
In 2019, during a government health department meeting, our founder Santosh Talaghatti learned that infant mortality remained stubbornly high — often tied to delayed consultation and unaddressed maternal mental health. For every 5 lakh births, nearly 5,000 infants are still lost, many to causes that timely guidance could have prevented. Behind that number are mothers who faced pregnancy and early motherhood without the medical advice, emotional support, or simple reassurance they needed.
He began counselling families directly, and that personal commitment grew into a mission. What started as personal counselling for families in 2019 has grown into HealHerSoul — an AI-powered healthtech platform and healing community connecting women to doctors, counsellors, and a caring circle, from the first trimester through early motherhood and beyond.

Santosh Talaghatti
Santosh is an Indian innovator, scientist, and technology evangelist whose government change-management work has spanned health, police, agriculture, education, and e-governance. In 2019, a health department meeting on India's persistent infant mortality numbers — many tied to delayed consultation and unaddressed maternal mental health — became the seed for HealHerSoul. He also founded Change Management Enterprise and leads Quantum World Ventures and the Namaskar with Love Foundation, uniting AI, quantum technology, and empathetic leadership behind one mission: making sure the right care reaches the right woman at the right time.

AnA Ji is a dedicated and visionary leader known for her work with the Namaskar with Love Foundation and Changement Capacity Building. At HealHerSoul, she brings the focus that defines her work worldwide: empowering women and nurturing the emotional wellbeing of communities through mentoring, coaching, and consultancy. A creative, solution-oriented leader in project and change management, AnA Ji shapes HealHerSoul's approach to holistic, compassionate care — ensuring every program treats a woman's emotional world with as much seriousness as her physical one.
