Breaking the Silence: Menstrual Hygiene & Sanitary Pad Awareness
Taken directly into rural schools across India — because health education shouldn't depend on where a girl happens to be born.
Why this campaign exists
In many rural communities, menstruation is still met with silence, shame, and misinformation — keeping girls out of school, out of sports, and out of conversations about their own bodies. HealHerSoul's Community Outreach team takes this conversation directly into classrooms, in the local language, led by facilitators girls can trust.
Each session covers menstrual health basics, safe hygiene practices, and busting common myths — paired with the distribution of sanitary hygiene kits so that awareness comes with the means to act on it.

Before, girls would miss five days of school every month and never say why. Now they ask questions out loud, in front of the whole class. That alone tells you something shifted.
