Yes. Whatever you share with our counsellors and clinicians stays between you and your care team, handled with the same confidentiality you'd expect from any medical or counselling relationship.

Both. Many counselling sessions, workshops, and consultations are available online so you can join from anywhere; some maternal care and child care services are also available in person depending on your location.

Our counsellors work with women across India, and we do our best to match you with someone who can support you in a language you're comfortable in. Mention your preference when you reach out.
